At Northeast Adjustment, INC., we work for you, not your insurance company. We investigate your loss, document it in full, and file your claim for the most your policy owes.
Proving your loss is your job
Insurance exists to put you back to normal after a disaster. What most homeowners and business owners never hear is that the burden of proving your loss falls on you, not on the insurance company. Hiring a licensed public adjuster on day one is how you meet it.
Why we are different
Insurance company adjusters work for their employer, and closing claims quickly is part of the job. Two things get missed when a claim moves too fast:
- Damage that never gets documented
- Inventory that never gets counted
If you cannot stay in your home
We put you in a hotel right away, then arrange temporary housing while you look for somewhere longer term. Your policy’s Additional Living Expenses coverage pays for it, and we keep those payments coming until you are back home.
We answer to you and no one else. Your claim is built by structural engineers, experienced builders, and specialized loss evaluators, so the estimate we file is complete and accurate.
